# 59notna Build Lab

Two independent projects exploring practical agent workflows. Prepared for a public developer showcase on 2026-10-10.

## Astra Flash Orchestrator

The question: can implementation work be delegated in coherent bundles while a planning model retains responsibility for architecture, acceptance, and integration?

The package includes an installer, structured task briefs, plan validation, checkpoint templates, review guidance, and rollback safeguards. Astra plans and reviews; Flash handles implementation and routine verification. The website illustrates that process without executing agents.

The package documentation records 63 offline tests passing on macOS for an earlier candidate. Those results were not rerun or independently confirmed for this showcase. They do not prove successful live routing on Windows or across every provider.

An earlier exploratory benchmark used different task mixes and estimated costs. It does not establish a general cost reduction or a controlled quality comparison. Next: repeat the same task under both workflows with identical acceptance criteria, verified routing, and recorded resource use.

## Launch Desk

The question: can a rough launch brief become a structured release plan with useful progress and clear ownership?

The full project uses React, Express, and the OpenAI Agents SDK. Its four tools extract launch tasks, assess readiness, group owner checklists, and draft channel copy.

The public demo executes the original deterministic task, readiness, and owner-checklist functions after TypeScript type removal. It runs locally in the visitor's browser, makes no model calls, and does not transmit brief contents. The score uses keyword and length heuristics; it is a coverage aid, not a quality guarantee or release approval. Example inputs are illustrative.

## Verified scope

The source collection contained 133 files in eight project groups when exported. The prepared and uploaded Git trees matched. All 23 Python files passed syntax parsing. These checks do not establish end-to-end functionality of all projects.

The showcase contains selected presentation content and the Launch Desk demo tools. The broader repository stays private. No credentials, private diagnostic reports, or personal media are included in this site.
